Opening Our Creative Channels
Summer 2024… dates to be announced. Join my email list to be in the loop and receive updates.
Over four days, we will explore what it looks and feels like to open up our creative channels and create from an embodied place. Through journaling practices, embodiment exercises, and visual art workshops, we will move through blocks and create space for our creativity to flow.
We will deepen our self-awareness and ability to connect with and express ourselves, while also connecting with each other and collaborating to create together.
“Weeks after the retreat has ended, it continues to resonate powerfully. With each day’s series of exercises, I became more attuned to nature, more attentive to my body’s sensations, and increasingly conscious of my own creative process. Emma and Brooks created a balanced, relaxed sense of camaraderie with opportunities for deep personal exploration. I returned home feeling more engaged with my life – with valuable insights into my creative process and a renewed desire to make art.”

“The whole event loosened me up, by having been given strategies and practices to get out of my head, and into my senses and body awareness to then draw and paint uninhibitedly, and being less encumbered by expectation. The natural setting in which this retreat takes place is magical, engaging and relaxing. Emma and Brooks created a well thought out curriculum for development allowing for customized approaches for individual participants. I am looking forward to the next retreat.”
